Students learn best when they are involved and participating in a hands-on experience. With this in mind, we make sure that our students have multiple opportunities for learning outside of the classroom. We teach our students to be fully engaged in the world around them; diving into learning while on a field trip helps ensure that they will fully understand the science concept, literary term, or historical period of their units of study.

Field trips are chosen to complement units of study, expose students to new experiences, offer hands-on learning, and provide meaningful social opportunities.
