For more than 75 years, St. Anne Catholic School has been helping children grow.
Located in the heart of historic Bristol, Virginia, St. Anne is Bristol’s only Catholic school and its oldest private school. We were founded in 1949 by Monsignor James J. Hickie with a vision for academic excellence rooted in Catholic faith and character formation.
That vision still matters.
It matters in the way we teach. It matters in the way we pray. It matters in the way we help children learn responsibility, service, forgiveness, courage, and love.
St. Anne is blessed by the support of St. Anne Catholic Church, and that connection reminds us that we are part of something bigger than ourselves. We all share in the work of forming children who know they are loved by God and called to bring His love into the world. That is our mission: to educate the whole child and help each student grow toward the God given potential within them.

MISSION STATEMENT

The entire Saint Anne Catholic School family aspires to go above and beyond standard academic expectations through the teachings of the Catholic Church and make Christ more present in ourselves and in the world.

VISION STATEMENT

The Saint Anne Catholic School family will continue to honor its more than 70-year legacy of accredited, faith based excellence by nurturing students toward reaching their God given potential.
